Children's Ministry
Saks Baptist Kids
At Saks Baptist Church, we believe children are a blessing, and it’s never too early to start teaching them God’s Word. Our goal is to help each child grow into the young person God created them to be.
Sunday School
Age-appropriate Bible lessons that help children understand and apply God’s Word.
Kids Church
During the main worship service, children enjoy engaging Bible lessons, fun games, and songs that help them grow in their faith.
Youth Ministry
Saks Baptist Church Youth Ministry helps students in grades 7–12 grow in their faith and relationships. Through practical Bible teaching and a Christ-centered environment, we create a place where students feel they belong.
Our mission is to help students discover God’s purpose for their lives and to challenge them to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We also encourage active involvement in summer camp, winter trips, outreach events, and a variety of activities throughout the year.
Nursery
Our loving nursery is available for children ages 0–3 years during Sunday School and all worship services, providing a safe and nurturing environment so parents can enjoy the service.
Children's Program (Ages 4- 6th Grade)
Every Wednesday night, children participate in crafts, snacks, and Bible teaching in a safe and fun environment where they can learn and grow in God’s Word.
Kids Zoo
Kid Zoo is designed for children ages 4–5 during the main worship service. Kids enjoy fun Bible lessons, songs, snacks, and hands-on activities that make learning about God exciting and memorable.
Adult Sunday School
We offer a wide variety of adult Sunday School classes that focus on building meaningful friendships, practical Bible teaching, and a strong foundation in God’s Word. Each class is designed to challenge, encourage, and equip adults to grow spiritually and apply their faith in everyday life.
4th Quarter Ministry
Our 4th Quarter Ministry is for adults in the later seasons of life—what we like to call the most important part of the game. We believe this group represents a cherished and respected part of our church family, and we celebrate that through fellowship, encouragement, and fun.
We gather for quarterly activities, outings, meals, parties, and other events that provide camaraderie, meaningful connection, and spiritual encouragement.
